Here at Sweet Apple Acres, we offer tables to anypony who wishes to show and/or sell their work!
Cutoff date for ALL tables is May 31st!
Prices: Artist Alley Tables:
$85 (6ft x 30in),
$45 for half table.
$130 (6ft x 30in)
$160 (6ft x 30in, electricity included).
Each table comes with 2 (two) full weekend badges. One for you and one for an additional help for your table. Each additional badge after that is sold for $20 each and added to you bill.
Frequently Asked Questions About Tables:
Q: Wait, do I need to apply for an artist table or a vendor table?
A: If you want to sell 2D work like drawings, sketches, and prints, small jewelry/keychains/trinkets, you are considered an Artist. If you sell anything 3D such as plushies, apparel, costume pieces, etc, you can consider yourself a Vendor. Because 3D art tends to take up more space, vendors are required to get the vendor table. That will give you more space to store your goods and allow for some wiggle room. Artists, however, are MORE than welcome to upgrade to the bigger vendor tables.
Q: How does the application process work?
A: First, you fill out your application using the application form below. Next, we review your application and determine whether or not you would be a good fit for the convention. If you are approved, then we will send you an email asap with the contract. Contracts must be printed out and MAILED to us (you know, traditionally, using paper and stuff), along with payment.
Q: When will we know if we’re approved or not?
A: We will let you know ASAP whether or not your application is approved. Probably within 2 weeks to a month.
Q: How much pony art do I need to do in order to be a vendor/artist here?
A: We’d prefer it if your artwork was majorily pony related but we don’t mind you sneaking in a few non-pony related artwork. Just remember that this is a convention celebrating the fandom of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic! Focus on that!
Q: Can I pay online?
A: Yes! We have a paypal you can send your table fees to. The paypal address will be mailed to you along with your contract.
Q: Do you allow clop, shipping pics, or other adult type stuff?
A: We at SAAC would like to provide a family friendly safe environment for people of all ages. This means that we will NOT be allowing any sort of 18+ material. If you are not sure what that is, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org but, to put it shortly, if you wouldn’t want a 3 year old girl seeing it, don’t bring it.
